- Use a Facebook page to post regular updates consistently.
- Don’t post too often or your fans may “hide” you to get relief from the “noise” of too many posts.
- Use a Facebook page to promote special events, sales, contents employee info–and keep customers who are fans engaged.
- Combine social media communication with other ways to stay in touch with customers (e.g. an email newsletter or event notices).
